Hi there, my name is Becca and I am a military spouse of 29 years. I have two amazing children and two sweet dogs. I have had the pleasure of working in many different places and with many different people. I have been in the insurance and medical administrative field, on and off, since 2001. I know it’s crazy, but I love bridging the gap between insurance companies and clients. My goal is to ensure you really understand your benefits. Please feel free to reach out to me at any time with any questions you may have regarding your insurance, or scheduling appointments.
Hey, I am Leilani and I am a therapist, business owner, mom, believer, and animal lover. I have been blessed with the ability to help people heal their wounds, develop a new relationship with their thoughts and transform their lives. I specialize in working with teenagers and adults struggling with self- esteem issues, depression, anxiety, loss of hope, trauma, relationships, and grief & loss. One of my most effective skills is utilizing EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to treat trauma, panic attacks, complicated grief, dissociative disorders, disturbing memories, phobias, pain disorders, performance anxiety, stress reduction, additions, sexual and/or physical abuse, body dysmorphic disorders, and personality disorders. I also enjoy working with first responders and our military veterans.
I am also a trained Gottman Therapist specializing in helping couples apply clinically proven methods to manage painful conflict and restore friendship, romance, and passion to their relationship. Scientifically proven methods help couples learn healthier ways to manage conflict, communicate, express feelings, find compromise and build a rich and rewarding friendship that fuels passion and romance.
I work best with people who desire real progress and evolution in their lives and relationships. My job is not to judge, but to build a level of trust, provide support, insight, and encourage my clients to feel safe sharing their concerns while helping them to find a solution to their problems.
Just looking into counseling demonstrates a desire for change and is the first step towards living the life you were meant to live.
