We are hiring !!!!! MENTAL HEALTH Therapist

Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.
An active, unrestricted license in the State of Alabama, can be provisional license.
Availability to conduct a min of 22-25 clinical hours per week .
Both in Person and Telehealth Services
Excellent rapport-building, listening, and written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in a private practice setting is preferred but not required. We are happy to help support and mentor you if you are new to private practice.
You should be competent and skilled in at least two modalities. Preference is given to Play Therapist, EMDR, ERP, ACT, EFT, IFS, CBT, DBT, Sand Tray, Somatic Work and Trauma training, and/or willing to become trained/certified in evidence based trauma modalities.
Have a passion for serving rural community.
Ability to come to work excited, optimistic, and ready to enjoy the day.

Provide regular and reliable attendance at work. This is very important for the continuum of care for our clients.
Attend quarterly Paid staff/trainings.
Be appropriately licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics.
Provide crisis stabilization to clients as needed.
Communicate with the client’s treatment team (i.e., psychiatrist, school, physician, etc.)
Submit timely complete documentation on the EHR for each client, including, but not limited to, intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and other forms or documents that may be needed or required by Healthy Minds Consulting, LLC or third parties in conjunction with the patient's treatment.
Conduct and regulate counseling services professionally to maintain and increase client rapport.
Provide a professional demeanor that maintains the goodwill and reputation of the provider, Healthy Minds Consulting LLC, and its affiliates.
Maintain respect, support, and collaboration with co-workers.
Communicate availability, conflicts, and changes with administration.
Keep updated license(s) and CE requirements
Be a team to keep our space beautiful and inviting.
